Our Booking Policy

We totally get that sometimes you may need to change your booking (after all life happens!!).
We do kindly request 36 hours notice to any changes or cancellations so we can offer your time to another client, otherwise your booking deposit will be forfeited.
As we have long wait lists for appointments no exceptions will be made. If you are unwell and cant come in, feel free to send someone else in your place.
Ps! Our online system requires a deposit automatically. If you have a prior deposit on your account, call or email the clinic directly – OR redeem both deposits at your convenience if you prefer to book online.

 

running late

If you run late for your appointment we may need to reschedule or change up your treatment so as not to impact other clients. Pls note: as your time and therapist has already been booked and allocated the full original treatment will be charged.
